Step-by-Step Guide: From Deposit to Client Funding. This guide walks you through the entire EAZE funding process, showing what your sales team is responsible for, what our broker team handles, and how to track every stage through the Eaze Platform.

The funding process, step by step
  1. Confirm the Sale & Take Deposit
    • For deals $5k+ ONLY
    • Once the client is ready, collect your upfront deposit or commitment fee.
    • This locks in their spot and confirms they're proceeding with finance.
  2. Submit the EAZE Finance ApplicationTime Required: 2 to 3 minutes
    • Log into the Eaze Platform Login Here
    • Use your business email and password that was set
    • Click "US Application"
    • Complete the form live with the client
    • Submit the application
    The application is now in the system for internal review. You can check the slack channel for notifications as the deal progresses.
  3. Internal Assessment & Pre-Approval
    • Our EAZE team reviews the application
    • If it meets lending criteria, we pre-approve the client internally
    • Once pre-approved, the client receives: a text and email with a link to book a call
    • A call from our team to pitch terms and move the deal forward
  4. Finance Call
    The client either
    • Books a call via the link in their message
    • Or speaks to our team when we call them first
    During this call, our broker team
    • Verifies ID and financial details
    • Pitches lender terms (rates, repayments, etc.)

  1. Submit Your ApplicationApply online through your EAZE Finance application link. No documents are required upfront, and there's no impact on your credit score at this stage.
  2. Get Pre-Approved & Book a CallIf eligible, you will get a pre-approval message via text / email and a link to book your funding call.
  3. Review Your Loan Offer on the CallYou will speak with an EAZE finance specialist who will do a soft credit check, explain your options, and walk you through the terms.
  4. Submit Supporting DocumentsUpload your ID, income documents, and bank statements through a secure link. Our team helps you every step of the way.
  5. Final Approval & SignOnce your file is reviewed and approved, you will sign a digital contract. This usually happens within 24 to 72 hours of submitting your documents.
  6. Receive Your FundsFunds are deposited directly into your bank account usually within 1 business day after signing.

How fast is approval?

Once your documents are submitted, most clients receive full approval and funding within 24 to 72 hours.

Will applying affect my credit score?

No. The initial review includes a soft credit check that doesn't impact your score. A full credit check is only completed if you move forward with the loan and are approved which may affect your credit score.

Can I repay the loan early?

Yes, most of our lenders allow early repayment with no penalties. You can pay it off sooner and save on interest.

Are there any application fees?

No, there are no upfront costs to apply. If you're approved and choose to move forward, any applicable fees will be clearly outlined before you sign. Fees vary depending on the lender.

What can I use the loan for?

Do you support self-employed applicants?

Yes, if you earn at least $5,000/month and can show proof of income (1099s, or tax returns), you may be eligible.

How do repayments work?

The monthly fixed repayments over 2 to 5 years. We help you select a term that fits your budget.

What happens once I'm approved?

You will receive a digital contract to sign. After that, funds are typically transferred to your account within 1 business day.

Can I apply if I've been declined somewhere else?

Yes. Our lenders each have different criteria. We look at your full profile, not just your credit score.

Are tax returns required?

Not always. If you're self-employed or applying for a higher loan amount, lenders may request 2024 and 2025 tax return or 1099 form.

Can non-citizens or visa holders apply?

We're currently only able to support U.S. citizens and permanent residents. Unfortunately, visa holders are not eligible for funding at this time.

Can I apply if I already have other loans?

Yes as long as your income supports the new repayment alongside your existing obligations.

What documents will I need?

  1. Initiating the ApplicationPartners can initiate an application directly from the dashboard to be sent to the client.
    • Access the Link: Log into the partner dashboard and click on your profile to find your unique application link.
    • Delivery Options: You can copy the link manually or send it directly to the client via email or text from the platform.
    • Client Completion: The client must complete the application themselves to ensure data accuracy and legal validation.
  2. Client Information & Pre-CheckOnce the client opens the link, they will begin a brief 3-minute application process.
    • Branding: The application will display your business logo and specific product types.
    • Service Selection: The client selects the specific product or service they are purchasing.
    • Personal Details: The client enters their legal name, address, Social Security Number (SSN), date of birth, and contact information.
    • Resuming Applications: If a client starts but does not finish, they can use the "Existing Application" button to resume their progress later.
  3. Identity VerificationTo protect against fraud and validate the applicant, the system uses a secure verification step.
    • OTP Verification: The client receives a text message with a code to enter into the application.
    • Manual Alternative: If the code is not received, the client has the option to verify their identity via a phone call.

EZ Check pre-qualifies every lead on real financial data before you ever pick up the phone, so your team only spends time on buyers who can actually pay. The guesswork is gone: you know a lead's income, credit and capacity before the first call.

What it is

EZ Check installs invisibly inside your funnel, behind any form you already use: a lead capture form, an application form, or a calendar booking form. At first glance you would not even realise it is there, and the customer never sees it.

Exact placement in your funnel is decided together during deployment. EZ Check only ever pulls data for clients based in the US; it is not international.

How it works

When a lead submits the form (first name, last name, email and phone number) EZ Check pings the system, which is connected to US reporting bureaus, and in real time returns four data points back into the lead record, before the client even books their call.

Is Pre-Qualified
These leads are already mapped against the finance lenders. Submit them to Eaze and through to the lenders and the likelihood of approval is much higher because they are already pre-qualified. Call them with conviction.
PP / PIF Pending Review
Payment Plan or Pay In Full. These clients do not qualify for finance, but based on their income they may qualify to pay in full or take a discounted pay in full offer.
How to use it day to day
  1. Open the lead cardBefore any call, open the lead and scroll to the EZ Check panel.
  2. Read the four numbersIncome, available credit, credit score and DTI. In seconds you already know the route: finance, or pay in full via savings or credit card.
  3. Work Is Pre-Qualified firstPrioritise the pre-qualified pipeline. These are your highest-likelihood approvals, so call them with conviction.
  4. Route PP / PIF leads to pay-in-fullFor leads that do not qualify for finance, lead with a pay-in-full or discounted pay-in-full offer sized to their income.
